Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 can kidney beans, drained, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook mixed vegetables until tender; drain.
In bowl, add beans, celery, onion and pepper.
In saucepan over medium heat, bring sugar, vinegar and cornstarch to a boil.
Stir constantly until thick.
Pour over vegetables.
Stir and refrigerate.
