Made with 1 (16 oz.) can english peas, drained (i use lesueur young small peas), 1 (16 oz.) can french-style green beans, drained, 1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained, 1 small jar pimento and 1/2 c. chopped red onions, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
