Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables, 1 small onion, minced, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 green pepper, chopped and 1 can kidney beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook mixed vegetables according to directions on package; drain and cool.
