Vegetable Relish Salad
Vegetable Relish Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can french-style green beans, 1 (no. 2) can lesueur peas, 1 (no. 2) can white corn, 1 large jar pimentos and 1 green pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Drain beans, corn, peas and chopped pimentos.
Chop green pepper, celery and onion and add to other vegetables.
Mix together salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and water and pour over vegetables.
Let stand 24 hours and it is ready to serve.
