Vegetable Relish
Vegetable Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 medium onions, 4 c. cabbage, 10 green tomatoes, 12 green bell peppers and 6 red bell peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop each vegetable separately in food processor.
Add salt, stir, and allow to sit overnight.
Drain.
In the morning, combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and add vegetables.
