Vegetable Pull-Apart Bread
Vegetable Pull-Apart Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped zucchini, 1/2 c. margarine and 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute green pepper, onion and zucchini in margarine until tender about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add bacon.
Separate rolls into thin layers.
Place 1 layer in the bottom of a Bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle with part of the Parmesan cheese and vegetable mixture. Continue layering rolls, Parmesan cheese and vegetable mixture. Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
