Vegetable Pizza
Vegetable Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tubes pillsbury croissant rolls, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. hidden valley buttermilk dressing and dash of oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Roll Pillsbury croissants out on a cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Mix other ingredients and spread over crust. Grate or break into small pieces the following veggies: carrots, broccoli, bell pepper and cauliflower.
Sprinkle these over mixture.
Grate Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle over veggies.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
