Vegetable Pizza
Vegetable Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing and 3/4 c. vegetables: green pepper, broccoli, shredded carrots, cauliflower and green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lay crescent rolls flat in a large jelly roll pan.
Press edges together.
Bake according to directions.
Mix cream cheese (room temperature) with mayonnaise and dressing mix.
Chop finely all the vegetables.
Mix chopped vegetables into cream cheese mixture and spread over cooled crescent rolls.
Sprinkle top with 2 cups shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
