Vegetable Pizza

Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans pillsbury refrigerator crescent rolls, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 or 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, 2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped and 1 c. chopped seeded tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375Β°.
Separate dough into 4 rectangles.
Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan; press over bottom and 1-inch up the sides to form a crust.
Bake 14 to 19 minutes until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream and horseradish and blend until smooth. Spread evenly over cool crust.
Top with remaining ingredients.
