Vegetable Pie
Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. broccoli or cauliflower, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate.
Cook vegetables 5 minutes and then drain.
Put in pie plate.
Pour mixture of milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper over vegetables and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Use any vegetable you like.
Add mushrooms if you want.
