Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed, 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large skillet, saute zucchini, peas, celery and onion in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Cover pan part of the cooking time.
Stir in salt, oregano and garlic salt.
