Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare vegetables according to package. Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
Pour into baking dish.
Using same pan, make a sauce with 2 tablespoons butter, milk and soup. Add shredded cheese until melted. Add sauce to vegetables. Toss and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Can be made ahead.
Refrigerate and bake when ready.
