Vegetable Lasagna
Vegetable Lasagna is an impressive pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with jar meatless spaghetti sauce, to 9 lasagna noodles, onion, chopped, to 10 mushrooms, sliced and green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Fill large saucepan half full with water; boil.
Add lasagna noodles and 1 teaspoon oil.
Cook on medium heat for 7 to 9 minutes.
Drain noodles and rinse in cool water.
In a frying pan, saute onion, mushrooms and green pepper in 1 teaspoon oil.
Steam broccoli in about 1 inch water.
Add broccoli to sauteed mixture and remove.
In a bowl, mix cheese, cottage cheese and egg.
Layer noodles, vegetables, sauce and cheese, ending with cheese.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
