Vegetable Cream Soup
Vegetable Cream Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with carrots, potatoes, onions, milk and of soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel and cut carrots, potatoes and onions to desired size. Cover with water and boil (steam) until soft.
Add milk to vegetables and bring to a boil.
Add a pinch of soda and can of diced tomatoes.
Add a light thickener made with cornstarch and milk.
Bring to a boil again.
(When milk is added, stir frequently or it will stick; also be sure to add baking soda before tomatoes.)
