Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can celery soup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook the spinach and the broccoli a little less than the box says.
Add a tablespoon of vinegar to each.
Add the sessonings to the soups, then fold in the drained spinach and broccoli.
