Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 2 c. shredded american or cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook and drain frozen vegetables.
Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread onion evenly over vegetables.
In small bowl, combine soup, cheese and sour cream; blend well.
Season with salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over top of casserole.
Cover; bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
