Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. green pepper, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 2/3 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute green pepper in 1/4 cup of butter or margarine.
Add 1/4 cup flour, milk, salt, sugar and dash of pepper.
When thickened, add cheese, tomatoes, corn and lima beans, broccoli and drained onions.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
Place in buttered casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
