Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 or 9 oz. each) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (without potatoes), 1 onion, chopped, 1/2 to 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook mixed vegetables, onion and celery in water until tender, then drain.
Mix together mayonnaise and 1/2 cup cheese. Combine with vegetables and pour into greased casserole.
Mix together cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
