Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans veg-all, drained, 1 cut and chopped onion, 3/4 c. mayo, 1 c. sharp cheese and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all stuff together and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with one stack of Ritz crackers crumbled in a frying pan with 1/2 stick butter.
Bake until brown.
Will be more moist if you put a can of mushroom soup in mixture.
