Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans veg-all vegetables, 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain liquid from vegetable mix and water chestnuts.
Mix well all ingredients together, except margarine and crackers.
Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven.
Cover top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Bake 10 minutes more or until brown.
