Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/3 lb. crushed crackers (not too fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook vegetable mixture until they begin to get tender.
Drain off liquid. Add uncooked onion and celery.
Add mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese soup; mix well.
Then mix butter and crackers. Take half of this mixture in casserole dish.
Take the other half and spread on top of casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
