Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french-style green beans, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen english peas, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain all vegetables well.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir into vegetables and put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with sliced almonds.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
