Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans veg-all, drained, 3/4 c. salad dressing, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend all ingredients together and put in a casserole.
On top put 1 cup grated cheese.
Next add 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed. Melt 1 stick oleo and pour on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes (until casserole bubbles).
