Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french-style green beans, drained, 1 can shoepeg corn, drained, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped and 1 carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place beans in bottom of greased casserole.
Place corn over beans.
Chestnuts, onions, sour cream, cheese and soup.
Vegetables covered with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325Β° until brown (approximately 30 minutes).
