Vegetable Beef Soup
Vegetable Beef Soup is an moderately easy dinner. In a large pot add onion, carrots, and potatoes.
Cover with water and cook until almost done.
While this is cooking, brown ground chuck until pink is gone.
Drain and rinse with warm water.

Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.
