Veg-All Casserole
Veg-All Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, well drained, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine drained vegetables, onion, cheese, mayonnaise and soup; mix well.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over top of casserole.
Return to oven and bake until crumbs are lightly browned.
