Veg-All Casserole
Veg-All Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. celery, diced small, 3/4 c. onion, diced small, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. mayo (not salad dressing), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix well and place in buttered 2-quart casserole.
Put a tube of Ritz (or similar) crackers, crushed, over the top.
Pour 1 stick melted oleo over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
