Veal Piccante
Veal Piccante is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices thin veal, 1 stick margarine, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. parsley and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place 1/2 stick margarine in pan and heat and dip veal in flour lightly and season.
Brown on both sides, about 10 minutes in all, until veal whitens.
Place in hot dish.
Add remaining 1/2 stick of margarine, parsley and juice of one lemon to hot skillet and mix well to heat.
Add a little water if you wish more sauce. Pour over veal and serve.
