Veal Marsala
Veal Marsala is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. thin cut veal, cut in small strips, 2 or 3 chopped bell peppers, 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine, 1 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms and 1 1/2 to 2 c. marsala wine (white), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Season meat with Tex Joy steak seasoning.
Cook meat in 1/2 cup olive oil.
Add onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and cook until crisp, not mushy. and, if needed, add a little water.
May need a clove of garlic.
Cook spaghetti and drain. Add grated Italian cheese and pour sauce over spaghetti.
