Vanilla Wafer Cake
Vanilla Wafer Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed or 12 oz. box vanilla wafer crumbs and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition.
Add vanilla wafer crumbs and milk alternately.
Add coconut and pecans; fold into batter.
Bake in a tube pan sprayed with "Baker's Joy" at 275Β° for about 1 1/4 hours. (Freezes well.)
