Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, dash of salt, 2 c. skim milk and 5 c. plain low-fat yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar, gelatin and salt in a medium saucepan.
Mix in milk and let stand 1 minute.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until gelatin and sugar dissolve.
Let cool.
Stir in yogurt and vanilla.
Chill.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1 gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to instructions.
Serve immediately or let ripen 1 hour. Yields 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
