Vanilla Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. scalded milk, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

👨🍳 Instructions
In a large bowl, slightly beat eggs.
Add sugar gradually. Slowly add scalded milk, vanilla and salt.
Pour into slightly greased custard cups.
Place cups in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 40 minutes.
Test with knife.
When knife comes out clean, custard is done.
Cool, then refrigerate.
