Valerie'S Lemon Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken breasts, 1 tbsp. sherry, 1 tbsp. kikkoman soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a bowl, marinate first 4 ingredients for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix next 3 ingredients for batter.
Heat 2 cups oil in deep frying pan.
Dip chicken in batter mix and fry in oil until a rich golden brown or until chicken is completely cooked. Remove and slice into 1/2-inch strips.
Keep warm in oven.
Slice lemons thin and remove seeds.
