Vacuum Cleaner Cookies
Vacuum Cleaner Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix (no pudding), 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 lb. box powdered sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine oleo, cake mix and 1 egg.
Stir together until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pat mixture into bottom of well-greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Beat remaining 2 eggs lightly, then beat in cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour over mixture in jelly roll pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool pan on wire rack to room temperature.
Makes 4 dozen bars.
