V-8 Vegetable Soup
V-8 Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, 1 small onion, 1 large can v-8 juice, 1 (16 or 20 oz.) bag of frozen, mixed vegetables and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat and onion; drain grease.
Mix all together.
Cook until desired thickness.
I add 2 or 3 diced potatoes, which I have partially cooked, then I add other vegetables.
I freeze part of soup.
