Upside-Down Pumpkin Pie

In a large bowl blend together and place in an 8 x 14-inch pan the filling, sugar, spices, eggs and milk.
Sprinkle over top of dry cake mix and nuts.
Pour melted oleo over all.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°. If not done, turn off oven and let set for 10 minutes.
