Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (14 oz.) jar ragu pizza quick sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat and onion; pour off fat. Blend in pizza sauce and garlic salt.
Put mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
In a small bowl mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
