Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground round, 1 medium onion, chopped, 15 oz. can pizza sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown ground round and onions.
Pour off fat.
Add garlic salt and oregano.
Add pizza sauce.
Put into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
Pour over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Can garnish with black olives and green peppers.
