Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chopped vegetables (any combination of mushrooms, onions, green peppers, zucchini, tomatoes; anything you like), 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste, 8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Saute vegetables.
Saute ground beef. Mix together vegetables, beef and tomato paste.
Spread mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top of beef mixture.
Unroll package of crescent rolls and place on top of cheese to cover.
Bake at 375° for 13 to 15 minutes, until pastry is golden brown.
Serves 6 or 8.
