Upside-Down Ham Loaf
Upside-Down Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 tsp. powdered cloves, 3 pineapple slices, packed in juice and 3 c. cooked ground ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in bottom of a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Combine brown sugar and cloves; sprinkle on pan. Arrange halved pineapple slices over sugar mixture.
Combine ham and remaining ingredients except cheese; pack half of mixture over pineapple.
Sprinkle with cheese, then pack with remaining ham mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° about 45 to 50 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Turn upside down on a hot platter.
Makes 6 servings.
