Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 c. coconut and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray cake pan well with Pam.
Put pecans and coconut into bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions; pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and melted margarine; pour over cake batter.
Mixture may be stiff and need to be dropped by spoonfuls on top of batter.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
