Uncooked Cranberry Sauce
Uncooked Cranberry Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cranberries (about 3 qt.), 8 eating oranges, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash cranberries.
Run through a medium or fine knife or food chopper.
Peel and remove all fiber from pulp of oranges.
(I leave just a little peel on for color.)
Grind oranges through chopper. Put all ingredients together in a plastic container and let stand, covered, at room temperature for 2 hours.
This recipe makes a lot, but can be frozen.
