Unbelievable Salad
Unbelievable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 (8 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese and 1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour the pineapple with its juice into a glass measure. Microwave on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until boiling. Carefully remove from microwave.
Add the gelatin.
Stir with a wooden spoon until dissolved.
Chill in refrigerator until it is cool and begins to thicken.
This will take about 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and stir in oranges, cottage cheese and whipped topping.
Pour into square dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
