Unbelievable Lemon Pie
Unbelievable Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated), 1 c. water, 1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice, 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In blender container, combine all ingredients except coconut.
Blend on low for 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into greased 10-inch pie plate.
Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut over top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Serve warm or cool.
Refrigerate leftovers.
