Spray lite vegetable oil cooking spray over baking sheet 3 times to coat well.

In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and stir in crabmeat. Using 1/4 cup for each crabcake, form mixture into 8 cakes.

(If mixture is too dry to hold together, add milk a tablespoon at a time.)

Roll cakes in reserved bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet.

Coat cakes lightly with oil spray.

Bake on bottom shelf of oven 15 minutes, turning over once at 7 minutes.
