Ulana's Mushroom Soup
Ulana'S Mushroom Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, divided, 1 medium onion, sliced, 3 c. cultivated mushrooms, sliced, 1 c. chopped carrots and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter.
Saute onion until limp and golden.
Add mushrooms and continue cooking until they are dark.
Remove mushroom mixture from skillet and set aside.
Melt remaining butter in skillet, and add carrots and celery.
Cook until celery is translucent but still firm. Sprinkle one tablespoon flour over carrots and celery.
Stir to blend well.
