Two-Tone Fudge
Two-Tone Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/3 c. soft margarine (in the tub), 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 c. mini marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, soft margarine and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add marshmallows.
Mix until marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth.
Place half the hot mixture in a bowl. Add butterscotch morsels, chopped nuts and maple extract. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Set aside.
