Twin Meat Loaves
Twin Meat Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. soft bread crumbs (about 4 slices), 3/4 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Soak bread in the milk, add eggs and beat with rotary beater. Add meat, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
Form into 2 loaves.
Place into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex or glass cake pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour. Glaze with catsup and corn syrup and bake 15 minutes longer.
