Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium baking potatoes, approximately 2 tbsp. margarine, milk, shredded mild cheddar cheese and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bake potatoes in microwave until done.
Cut a lengthwise slice from the top of each baked potato; discard skin from slice. Scoop out the insides and place in a large bowl.
Add margarine.
Beat in enough milk to make stiff consistency.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add shredded cheese as desired. Pile mashed potato mixture back into potato shells.
