Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large baked potatoes, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/4 c. margarine and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice each potato in half lengthwise; scoop out centers to form a shell.
Mash potatoes and add 1 cup of cheese, milk, margarine and seasonings.
Beat until fluffy.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of chives and half of bacon; fill shells.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Toss remaining cheese, chives and bacon together and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake 10 more minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
